Phone screen was jittery, freezing , bouncing from home page to another touch screen not working even to the point I couldn't even turn phone off. I assume it's a software issue.

Battery not as good as claimed. 4. Hard to find how to do things or use features you haven't used before. I admit I am not the savviest user, but I can follow directions. I will consider an iphone. Don't need the lastest phone - just 1 that isn't aggravating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by AGK2020 from Good Phone but very Fragile I have always been using Samsung phone.I bought Galaxy A50 phone less than a year ago.Good battery life, user interface but poor screen quality. A last month it fell off from my desk on to the floor, less than 4ft high, the screen completely shattered, although the LED works fine. I loved the phone with the OLED screen but when it shattered it was very depressing, given that I have previously used Samsung phones and never had such issues. For a long time Samsung user, this was very unfortunate. But I am still using it.
